Hi... I just purchased this game and it does indeed look good... I don't see a tutorial option anywhere... just a lot of icons and I am stumped to be honest lol...

Does anyone have any pointers for the beginning of the game? I want to start a campaign and would like some advice on what to build, and what to do initially please....

If your not against spending a bit of time doing some reading downloading the manual extra and looking through that should help with the icons.

Then part 2 the basics of this FAQ

Is pretty handy for getting started and avoiding any mistakes from being new to the game.
