The codes I'm finding on line don't seem to work. I kind of want to skip a level so that I can finish the whole thing and then go back and try it again. If no one has a code, a detailed walkthrough for the 4th Dark Mission (the timed one) would be nice. Again the stuff I'm finding aren't doing me any good and I AM TERRIBLE under a clock. Thanks.
FOUND IT!
The GOG version is evidently somewhat older and the correct code took some digging. If anyone is curious it's "!incubation2" with no quotation marks.
Actually, the"incubation2"chat works for the newest version. :P The cheats you found were most likely from the older versions of the game(they tended to change the cheats for every patch, probably because they had a pretty expensive Cheat-hotline-thing going on!)... For some reason, the internet is flooded with them even to this day.

Another thing that I had to find out is that, despite cheats like"more ressources"making an appearence in those lists, they do actually not work. At least they haven't for me(I was just curious how the ressources would"materialize"from thin air), and I've been playing this for a long time. :P The"!win"and"!loose"codes do work, though(pretty useful if you've already played through a specific mission but had to reinstall the game)!

Oh, and at last, a little fun fact; Incubation was another game by BlueByte(the developers of The Settlers Series since #2). I couldn't find any information about a second Incubation, so my guess is that the developer team just put it as a cheat code in an easter-egg manner. Actually, Settlers IV is full of references to other BB games! ;)

(Oh, and I know that you've already found the solution, but I always take any chance to talk about Settlers IV. XD Too few of my friends play it!)

I have Settlers binges. I've played them all but this is the 1st time I've ever gotten really far into #4. I have to say while it's still a blast the "Dark Folks" is kind of a letdown. It's pretty much the same mission over and over and over.

Yeah, even if the manacopter brings a little of diversity to their missions, it's pretty simple to get through them after the point in which you learn how to counterattack them. I've been playing some Trojan Missions from the Add On(the campaing in which they fight the dark tribe), and it's much easier than I remembered any mission to be.

EDIT: But tweaking the game into playing as the Dark Tribe is really interesting, though!
