There's footage/screenshots of various cut weapons being used in-game via modding, such as the unsilenced Sten or the Lee Enfield sniper rifle, anyone know how to get these?

If you are referencing this then doesn't look like there is a mod other then trying some mod tools yourself. Found this list of mod tools but the links are down as of today.

I found some alternative links to some of the tools though (haven't tested them):
1. QuickBMS
2. Luap Explorer
