I am experiencing the weirdest screen tearing and stuttering in the universe right now. The game is totally unplayable. And even the lighting is messed up. I'm having strange artifacts, everyone is covered in ribbons of bad lighting, slow gameplay, it's just a nightmare. Something is really broken here. When I encounter nazis during a confrontation of any kind, the screen just flashes crazy and the music changes. It's like a laser show. If I quit the game, I get a loud buzzing and the game hard closes after flashing a few times in black to a windows 10 error. I haven't played this game since the XBOX days and wanted to give this a shot. Hoping to take this to the forums to see if this yields any success. I'm having this problem on two different pc's. One of them brand new.

Hardware specs:

PC number one(has lag in an unbelievable manner I've never felt in a game since 2000.)
Intel Core i9-9900K clocking at 5.2ghz
2x Nvidia 1080ti
64gb 3000Mhz Corsair
2tb SSD Seagate

PC number two(stuttering, but lighting problems everywhere, and garbage frame drops.)
Intel Core i7-6700k Ultra clocking at 4.4ghz
1x Nvidia 1080ti
32gb 2133Mhz Corsair
2x1tb SSD Western Digital

I've set options to low, change ini options, deleted the ini, verified the game, redownloaded it, and tried both of these machines which are way overpowered for a 2009 game. I don't understand why this thing is so slow and janky. Any help is appreciated.

Well nevermind. I seemed to have fixed all issues doing the following and got AA to work:
1.Disable post process filtering in Config under More> Video Settings
2.Opened Nvidia Control panel and set
Anistropic filtering to 16x,
Antialiasing FXAA On
Antialising Gamma Correction Off
Antialiasing mode - App Controlled
Antialiasing Setting - App Controlled
Antiasling Transparency - 8x
MFAA - On
OpenGL Rendering GPU - Selected card instead of leaving default
Trilinear Optimization - On
Triple Buffering - On
3. Used SMAAInjector and changed the injector.ini preset to ultra.

Game works flawless now for me.
