I know it includes the The Midnight Show DLC for the nudity and minigames and stuff, but does it include the much rarer "Nazi Knife" DLC? With it, you used a stolen knife to do stealth kills on enemies instead of a choke or neckbreak.
Note that this isn't the same thing as the Touch of Death perk in the vanilla game, see the DLC trailer:

Obviously it's not a big deal since it's basically just a minor change in animations and nothing more, but since that DLC was only ever available as a preorder and never sold separately, it would be kinda neat if this had it.

No it does not, thus far the only way to activate it is to have an old save file from origin/retail version that has the knife and use it on the GOG version.
In the origin/retail version, after opening the launcher and pressing F4, you were able to enter the 16 character code, and starting a new game would award you the knife for the stealth kills. I was hoping that the GOG version would allow that too.
