I've just re-downloaded this game and I'm trying to find the config file in order to fix the ugly default graphics, but I can't find it. I checked the folder where it should be (Documents\My Games\The Saboteur™\SaveGames\), but the folder shows as being completely empty. I've run the game, started a new game, and searched for hidden files, but I can't find anything. Does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on?

P.S. I am using the English version of the game.

I do not know where the configuration file is located.
However, there is a "VideoSetup" executable in the same directory as the game executable, and it -contains all the graphical options available for the game.

I will note that there were a few areas in the game world that were less than stellar in terms of graphical fidelity, even with all options at maximum..
Mind you, some graphics may be buggy or "ugly" as they may have been finished quickly, since final development was rushed, and some polish was lost, while Pandemic was being shut down.

(Edit: The location for the configuration file, after I had already edited the configuration via the VideoSetup.exe program, was the following: %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\The Saboteur™\SaveGames)

Update: It seems I've solved my problem. Apparently you actually need to save the game at least once in order for the config file to be created and appear for editing.
