Anyone having this issue?

I tried the demo first, went through all the Warehouse.

I then bought full game, got all the way to the Alley start so far.

According to this site, I am missing two of them.

I knew I'd find it here in the warehouse
The paint works better than I expected

Neither of those have unlocked though they should have.

The second one

seems to not come from Campus as the linked site says, rather it comes later though I missed when, I guess about the time you get the ones involving paint.

The first
I knew I'd find it here in the warehouse
seems to not unlock when doing the demo but does in the full game on a second run through.

For me unfortunately the achievements also don't work.
I played through the whole game. While in the achievements guides I found they say the achievements all should be unlocked automatically through normal gameplay, not any of the achievements unlocked for me :(
