I am running on windows 10 and when i launch this it just freezes during opening videos.

Try going to your Strife directory and erasing the 'movies' folder.

makes no difference the moment i make it to the menu and touch any key on the keyboard or move the mouse it freezes.

Hm not sure, but you can try re-installing the Visual C++ redistributables which you can find in Strife's _redist sub-directory. And are you launching through Galaxy? If not, do you have Galaxy installed and/or running?

I have tried launching from and without galaxy no difference.
