I can't change it from Settings in Gog Galaxy, also There is no Language option in game.
I'd like to play it in japanese :(

I don't own the game myself nor do I have Galaxy installed, but when you download it directly from gog.com, you get to choose the installer's language in a little dropdown. There might be a similar dropdown in Galaxy, but if you can't get Galaxy to cooperate, there's always the option of downloading and installing it yourself.

Very disappointing that there are no language options in the game. I can't change my OS language so I can't play it in English.

OK That's a very dumb move... Were they that lazy given that the whole game has been translated?

This only effects the language of the installer, not the game.
