Just saw this game on the storepage and noticed that the minimum hardware requirements list 8 GB RAM, but the recommended ones list 16 MB instead of 16 GB.

So how far along is this? Is it full game, just a piece, episodes....?

Yes, it is an error. The recommended RAM is 16 GB.
