Stuck in chapter 4: Monsters.

So far, I've tried replaying the chapter from start to where I am using the gog.com guide, but I keep getting the same problem:

When I do the cups game, win, and then try to give the screw driver to him, april keeps saying "I still haven't decided yet." I've talked to the old man on the pier, ensured all the dialogue options have been ticked, ensured I've talked to all the people the gog guide mentions, I can't think of anyone I should have talked to it doesn't mention...

It's really annoying... Anyone able to help or do i need to put more detail in?
Actually... scratch that... Problem solved... I just talked to nebway, then the old man, and new dialogue came up that led me to getting the bird... I thought I'd talked to both of them after reading the books... Must have missed nebway.

You talked to Captain Nebevay about cashing in the favour he owes to the old man on the pier ?

I got stuck at this part too, took me forever to figure it out. You might go have a chat with Vestrum Tobias, now that you've talked to everyone else. Just to be certain.
