I just wanted to say that. Thank you, GOG.

I'm a huge fan of Ragnar Tornquist's work and am looking forward to FINALLY being able to get started into the TLJ series.
Hope you're going to enjoy one of the best adventure game ever made! ;)
Just finished the download and I'm jumping in to say "Me too! Me too!" Looking forward to playing. Should be quite a change in tone once I finish Planescape:Torment. I don't play games much. That makes it easy to be a "connoisseur." :)
Yeah, this series and Syberia changed my view for adventure games so dramatically.
Before then all I played were shooters. I didn't know what I was missing for so long.

And fortunately here are so many awesome adventure games in GOG.com.
For me this site is like a treasure box! And I assure it will be the same for ya. :]
Enjoy!
I picked up the game during the flash deals. Looking forward to see if it lives up to the hype.

Are there any third party patches or fixes I need to install?

Picked up this, Dreamfall and Syberia II (already had Syberia) during the sale. Heard a lot of good things about TLJ and I already loved Syberia, so why not? Game looks great, but I haven't had a chance to dig in to it just yet.

When I fist played it, I felt like I went back to the good old days of point and click adventuring. It was beautiful.

Also April had the same voice as Buffy Summers in my version.

That was BADASS!

I found that Syberia and Syberia II are nothing like The Longest Journey other than they are both considered adventure games and have a female protagonist. I found Syberia and Syberia II to be quite bad games, whereas The Longest Journey is one of my favorite games. If you want to try some other great adventure games try: The Gabriel Knight series, The Last Express, Tex Murphy series (last 3 anyway), and then the LucasArts adventures that are here and to come (namely Full Throttle, The Dig, Day of the Tentacle, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis.) There's a lot more too.
