Does anyone know how because neither OBS nor Xsplit will detect it. I'm guessing it's the way it runs but there has to be a way to stream it, I've seen others do it. It doesn't work fullscreen or windowed.

Using OpenBroadcaster worked perfectly for me.
You will have to use desktop capture, though. So remember if the game crashes people see your desktop ;)
