When I try to use Galaxy to install Dreamfall Chapters it tells me that the game is "Not yet available" as shown in the attached picture, I should also note that this is the only game that is "Not available".

This isn't a big issue for me, GOG Galaxy is the Optional Client after all, but it would be nice to have automatic updates and some of the other features integrated.

There are a few games that have this issue. This is due to the fact that GOG staff have to update each and every installer with a small batch of files that make them Galaxy compatible. Since there are over a thousand games on GOG, this is still a work-in-progress. Still, a bug report for this game has already been submitted, so just give them some time.

Ahh, I just bought this because it was on sale and had the same issue. Good to know it's normal and not an issue with my purchase. Will just have to download it the old way then.

Had the same exact problem. Opened a ticket about it but didn't receive any answer yet. Hope they fix it soon.

I've noticed that if you go to Download Extras, you can actually download the installer that way. My download hasn't finished yet so I can't say if there's no issues loading the game, but it _seems_ as if that might be a work around? Maybe just the big blue INSTALL button is borked?

It downloads as two .bin files that can be unpacked with 7-zip.
After unpacking trying to launch the game gives an error message:
"Error
Data folder not found
Details:
There should be 'Dreamfall Chapters_Data'
folder next to the executable"

Will mess around a bit more and update if I get it going, but for now it seems to not be entirely straightforward getting the galaxy files installed outside of the client. Maybe I'm just missing something obvious.

Importing the folder through galaxy also does not work, getting a message saying it found no games to import.

EDIT:
Yeap, seems like I did miss something. Went to download the installer through the website, and noticed there are three files there, part one is a 33mb .exe that does not download using the extras link in the galaxy client.
The other two are .bins the same size as the ones in the extras folder. Sadly I deleted the bins before I found the installer .exe, so I'm now downloading them again from galaxy library to see if I can install them by running the installer from the site in the extras folder.

I'm guessing it'll work just fine.

Just downloaded this today from the extras menu in Galaxy and it downloaded all 3 files correctly for me. Installs and works without any problems running the setup exe.

Book 3 is out and this is still not on GOG Galaxy. How long will it take?

It is already on Galaxy for Windows and I assume the updated Mac/Linux versions are coming soon.

If it still says "Not yet available" for you on Galaxy, click this: https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
Then quit & re-open Galaxy - it should fix it for you.
