I got a problem...

Before Book 2 update everything went fine, and I played Dreamfall Chapters Book 1 without a hitch, but now my game doesn't seem to start. I only get the loading screen and then a black screen with music but that's all. I can't continue and I can't start Book 2 neither. Anyone?
Please help...

Meanwhile, on Steam there are 2 beta versions of the new update and... I just don't understand why after a week there isn't a solution here. I know it can take time, but... anybody with the same problem?

I believe the beta updates on Steam are a "use at your own risk while we test things" sort of deal. As I understand it, GOG prefer to test things out before releasing the official patch/update.

Not sure why you are having this problem, but I had a similar problem on my PC with Book 1 and I fixed it by updating my graphics drivers.
