I dont know if the last patch brings french subtitles, but i can't load my savesgames or even launch a new game with it (stuck on black loading screen with the spining logo).

Will a new patch be available soon ? Or any other way to get french subs ?

I think (not sure, I'm italian) that french sub will be added in future for book 4 (but you still must be able to play it on english), because with every book update I see that they add language support only few month after every update (just look the changelog).
