I remember when CS3 launched on GOG it was only one listing that gave you the option for the version when adding to cart. Now CS3 also has separate listings

Just contact support and let them know that you want the deluxe edition.... It might take some days because supports seems to be busy

You can probably add a comment to the ticket and (eventually) get a human to reply. If it still works as it did when I last had a ticket active, the autoresponder sets the ticket to some kind of 'waiting' status so you need to give it a kick to put it back into the queue.

yep, thank you, this worked. I responded to the automated email and got another human response. My gog wallet was filled with the price of the normal edition and I bought the game again, this time the deluxe version.

Problem solved.

Problem solved. Now for real.
Got a response from support and was able to fix all issues.

Now I'm happy to play again in Erebonia. I"m not that angry about some events in Tails of Cold Steel III any more, even when it is IMHO a clumsy plot twist. All's well, that ends well.
