I randomly got two achievements despite not fulfilling the requirements. I got 'Armor Connoisseur' (collect all armour in the game) and 'Police Patrol' (kill all big monsters on roads). I know I haven't actually fulfilled the requirements for them as not only as I'm too early in the game (currently in Bose city), but there was a monster that I had left alone on the route to Bose

What could have caused this achievement bug? What can I do to avoid it? And how can I removed those two achievements from my progress? ( I want to earn them properly)

The same happened to me, and can't figure out why I got these achievements early.
