Game says, that I can do this in the tactics menu, but that doesn`t work. So, how can I change the S-Break for my characters?

It depends on the character. Some of them learn 2 s-breaks . Did any of your characters learn a 2nd s-break? Also can't remember how to do it in Trails of the sky but in Trails of Cold steel you can change s-break from the status menu

Ah, so not all of those skills can be used as S-Breaks? Why doesn`t the game tell me that? From what I read in-game, I presumed that each one of those skills can be used as S-Break.
