SCPM: Playing in Galaxy, two times already after completing chapter 4 and after watching the cutscene of Isaac's mom talking to him, I get an achievement and the game freezes on a black screen. No 'jackpot ending' follows, no input works, I have to force the game to quit. Judging by the achievements - no one else reached even the first jackpot ending, I take it this is not an uncommon issue? Anyway to fix this?
