I bought a new PC and I can't load KOF13. On Windows 11.

1st I had a DLL error, which I solved by installing DirectX SDK web installation.
2ndly the screen resolution decrease, then the .EXE stopped and back to Windows at the original resolution.

Any idea ?
My Microsoft Update is up to date.
