Hi,
I'm playing Return of the Incredible Machine Contraptions, the regular edition, and i'm stuck on medium 7: balloon break-out.
Here's a screenshot of my endgame:

The balloon should have went through the hole in the ceiling, but it didn't! I'm so frustrated, because my solution is correct, i've checked a walkthrough. Help?

As no one has answered yet I'll have a go but I haven't played this game only looked at your screenshot and a walkthrough. Can you turn the sissors around so they are facing the other way to cut the balloon? or can you aim the missle so it opens the hole where the balloon is now?

I just got stuck on that puzzle too. It seems to be broken, for some reason. I think it's because the missile curves downward from gravity, so the hole it makes in the roof is too small for both balloons.
I've tried it a few times, and it seems to be impossible. I'm guessing it's a bug. Skipping it and loading the next level seems to be the only option.
