I wonder if gog team fixed the issue where ear-piercing midi music play instead of the high quality music files.

I think Yamaha is no longer being used to play Midi's I remember them sounding great in the late 80's early 90's. There doesn't seem to be a set up to force it to tell the program what music software to use.

They're the same exact files that they've always been, it's just that you need to find a nice soundfont to install first.

See, Microsoft used to have a partnership with Roland, but that ended ages ago.
