As the title says, only the top left quarter of the game is visible. I haven't been able to find any fixes, and I thought the hotfix would fix it, but Nope.

Would appreciate any and all help. Running Win 7 though Galaxy.

It's quite late but only now i found here this game again. I had the same problem. I found that in game folder you could find settings in dxcfg.exe. In mine case it was enough to reduce resolution there. After that i could start game normally and adjust resolution in ingame settings to most optimal.

You have AMD card? Because the AMD RDNA fix is added now, you should try it, probably it's working now normal!
