I am currently unable to play the house of the dead remake because cloud syncing in not working and it's wiped all of my progress.

Every time I play the game I have to re-earn achievements I already have meaning I can't use the bonus weapons which limits the fun of the game and also every monster entry is missing as well. So as of right now the game in unplayable for me.

Is there anyway to fix this
