hey everyone. can someone help me with how the "banish" action works? my characters keep getting banished by AI. i thought only mayor could perform the banish action, so i became mayor of one town (vienna pressbrock map) and got banished again, then i became mayor of both towns, still getting banished. so far 4 of my chars have been banished. i thought there was a vote on this but i have yet to see one.
can someone tell me which office positions can banish? which office positions i need to hold to prevent getting banished? any strategies to deal with this?
its really frustrating when it takes so much micromanagement to level your characters just to see them be deleted by AI.

I think the way banishing works currently in The Guild 3 version 1.0.5 is that anyone in the top cluster of city office holders can propose to banish someone. When that's done, a date is set for the top cluster of city office holders to vote on the proposal. If the vote is passed at that meeting then the person is banished. The vote shows up in the appointments list. There can only be one banish vote proposal ongoing at any given point in time from what I can tell.
