If you go into the dungeon through the door next to the villa of the Priestess, you can grab coins and arrows in that area. Every time you go outside and inside again, the area is reloaded and you can grab coins and arrows again. This does not happen to cases in the overworld, so this must be unintended.

Thanks for flagging this, I've created a bug report for you so the devs can get to work on resolving this for you ASAP.
We will be posting about what bugs we have been able to resolve in the FAQ’s so please keep an eye out there for updates about what's been resolved in any upcoming patches.
