I assume "Click to advance dialog" means mouse button click. If so, then this setting isn't implemented. Regardless if it is set to Yes or No, a mouse click advances the dialog. Does this setting affect something else?

Click to advance dialog means that the dialog will only advance if you click, by default it will advance either by time/key/mouse
