I read that the Game Pass version of the Evil Within 1 was updated:

I'd love to know this too about Evil Within 1 on GOG - is it the same now as Xbox Game Pass port or not?

Also, I see Evil Within 1 is free on Epic. I'd love to know if they got the improved Xbox Game Pass port also.
Would also love to know if it's got DRM on Epic or not too.

I just tried the GOG version just now and it doesn't seem to have the first person view. So I think this isn't the "gamepass" version.

I am now downloading the epic game store version I got free the other day to see if that has the first person view.

Super annoyed as I bought the GOG version a year ago and specifically wanted to play first person. Now I have to wait for 50 gb for the epic store version.

No, the GOG version is the sucky, out of date one.

The Game Pass one is the good one, which GOG doesn't have.
