It's a unfixed bug that has been reported multiple times already. Hopefully the dev will put out another patch for the game that fixes this problem among other stuff.
For the moment when you turn off "picture-in-picture" in the options some of the weapons will look normal again when using ads but they might be a bit zoomed in compared to the ads position when "picture-in-picture" is turned on.
