It looks the game on GOG just got updated.

I could only check for Repentance and I can confirm that the new version is v1.7.9b(.J754).

All installers for the game (base game and 3 DLCs) got updated versions.

I believe this brings the game up to this update (announcement from Steam):

(or close to it, since GOG's version does not get some of the online stuff, like Daily Challenges)

Hopefully this means they are working on Repentance+ as well (A man's cope will never die)

Holy moly, is this a christmas miracle lol? I mean, it is still the bare minimum since we are still missing the dailies, but compared to NOTHING AT ALL sure, I'll take it
