the audio continually distorts and statics in and out. it sounds normal but every few seconds it sounds staticy.
I am using
An Asus Motherboard Maximus VI Extreme(fully updated)
Geforce 1080 Ti
Sound Blaster AE--9 with all updates
Windows 10 Pro latest and updated.

never mind that
I found the issue
soundblaster(even ae-9 cannot handle any frequency beyond 24 bit48 hz in games. so i turned it from 32 bit 96 to 24/48 and it works fine!
