greyhat: It is not Inxile who is at fault here. it is due to how GOG releases their updates. I have several games on GOG where the updates are as large as just downloading the game again. On Steam this same patch is 5gb.

I agree though the size is definitely ridiculous. I have hit my band width cap on numerous occasions due to having to download whole games again with each update due the patches being virtually the same size as the whole game download. If Steam can make them smaller GOG should be able to figure out a way to do so as well.
Hey, we're aware of the patch size with BT4. We're looking into what we can do to reduce the size. Luckily, I have confirmed that the game runs way smoother with the patch, so hang in there, it's worth it. :)
