i have found follow workaround thats the game can be open and playes, with the orginal installation this is not possible at all....


First you need this DLL
community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/87-the-bards-tale-2005-windowed-mode/

after then i have deactivated the movies, with renaming the follow Files:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\The Bard's Tale\Res\Movies
bardtale ttslogo inexile

and now i create follow registy entrys for fix the resolution:
www.gog.com/forum/the_bards_tale_series/where_is_bards_tale_remastered_and_resnarkled_config_folder_now/post2

This make the game playable for me, i hope i can help anyone with this.
