I am currently playing The Destiny Knight, the emulated IIGS version. It has been freezing up every time I play and I do know some freeze ups are expected. I am trying to work my way through Dargoth's and I can't make any more progress because of the constant freeze ups. Of course I can start over with another version but before I do that I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas of something I can do differently to avoid this issue.

Maybe try a different emulator?

In my semi-recent paythrough of the IIGS version, I didn't encounter any freezes, and I believe I was using MAME as the emulator.
