MacStew: I downloaded the lastest amd's driver 25.6.2 who support the game with FSR4
But when I launch the game the amd overlay don't say that I'm using FSR4. FSR4 is activated in adrenaline by the way

Also the Gog overlay is completely bugged, like on this reddit thread

I launched cyberpunk and not issue with gog overlay.

CPU: AMD RYZEN 7800X3D
GPU: AMD RX 9070XT

Wiecu11: I've found a temporary workaround. Adrenaline only recognizes the name TheAlters.exe for FSR 4 support, wheras the GOG executable file is named TheAltersGOG-Win64-shipping.exe (it's in TheAlters/Binaries/Win64 folder). If you rename this file to TheAlters.exe and refresh the game list in Adrenaline, the FSR 4 option should appear. A safer option is to make a copy of the file, rename it to TheAlters.exe and add this new file as a new game in Adreanline. However, this renamed version of the executable won't be launchable from GOG Galaxy. This can be fixed by changing the default executable file in Galaxy Configuration settings. To do so, click the "Customize" button (to the right of the "Play" button), select "Manage Installation", choose "Configure", then choose "Features" tab, click "Custom executables/arguments", choose the renamed file and then check "Default executable". Now, the game should be launched as intended from GOG Galaxy and FSR 4 should work as well.

It does not fix the overlay issue however (I experience it as well).
