In case anyone is interested, I did find the requirements from Steam:

Minimum:
OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8
Processor: 2 GHz Dual Core
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA 200 Series
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Hard Drive: 15 GB available space
Sound Card: Direct X 9.0c compatible device

Considering everything I have read about the game, those are surprisingly low. Except the required HD space, it seems that there will be whole lot of HQ video.

It must of been from Steam because the recommended reserved hard drive space is rather high, I think the download size will be around 5 or 6 GBs

It will look fantastic on HD monitors and tvs though
4GB RAM and NVIDIA 200 Series? I have 2GB RAM and NVIDIA 7950 GT. I could try to launch the game anyway.

Steam says that L. A. Noire requires 16GB, while the actual folder size is 13,5GB. If the Tesla Effect is as big as they claim and has very HQ video, I believe it could be same size as L. A. Noire. 5 or 6 GB is size of your average modern adventure game, if game is longer and has more eye candy than average game it must be bigger.

GOG has just posted it's requirements and those are almost the same:
Minimum system requirements: Windows XP SP3 / Vista / 7 / 8, Processor: 2 GHz Dual Core or equivalent. Memory: 4 GB RAM Graphics: Nvidia 200 series with DirectX®:9.0c Hard Drive:15 GB HD space Sound: DirectX 9 Compatible Audio.
I'm sure the game will scale for a variety of machine setups, I'd also take these requirements with a grain of salt until the game is actually released.
~15GB. For realz.

I played the beta with 2GB RAM and a GEFORCE 6600, worked OK with minimun quality
about what i expected from the requirements imo, 1080p fmv doesnt take a lot of gpu grunt, pretty much anything can play a blu ray for instance these days, and the environments although nice dont look particularly hard to render and its not like you have to navigate the environment at even 30 fps for an enjoyable experience. so yeah even a nvidia gt 210 probably wouldn't have much trouble with this game but as usual with most releases the gfx card requirements are vague but i think as long as your machine is capable of playing a blu ray or any 1080p movie file you should be ok as long as you meet the ram requirement!

There's public Tesla Effect demo on Steam, so if you're in doubt if the game will run on your computer you can test it now.

The same demo is on GOG too, but unfortunately you can't download it unless you have already pre-ordered the game.

The demo did run smoothly at my computer with maximum settings, despite the fact that while it isn't low-end rig yet, it's not exactly high-end gaming computer either. So, game doesn't seem to be as demanding as the requirements make it appear.

I'm totally willing to upload the demo to some file host (2GB of storage is required), do you have a preferred one?

Personally I have demo installed from Steam (it was published there first) and I could also install it from GOG, so I don't need it, but feel free to host it, because there are people who refuse to download anything from Steam and would like to try it. And I have no specific suggestion which upload service you should use.

Wouldn't it be easier to just torrent it?

I've got the demo. It does not work well on my PC (2GB RAM, GeForce 7950 GT). Videos not working properly 8Green Screen) and the game sometimes have graphical glitches. If the full game will work like the demo, then I'll need to buy a better GeForce (likely from the 7xx series).
I have the exact same card and ram as you and am having the same problem..but.. my wife's laptop which only has 128mb of inter-graded video ram works like a charm.. go figure
Green Screen - Try updating your Nvidia drivers, ensure the game doesn't attempt to run on Intel integrated graphics, and install DirectX9. One of those should do the trick I hope.
