I have finally downloaded overseer as my version didn't run on win 7 64.
after a few people telling me it installed okay I now find it's the same as my own hd version.

I have attached the screen image hoping I can get some help here.
video card is nvidea gtx460 fixed, downloaded a beta driver , not sure if it was that or another version of Physx.

Also have Midi running without crashes.

Exact same issue here, exact same graphics card. Did you ever solve this?

just changed driver,downloaded a beta driver , not sure if it was that or another version of Physx.
& also check the tex ini file for lock video "-1 remove "-" . see if this makes a difference.
