Hi there!

Just a small question about the offered gog version:

Is the gog version of "Tex Murphy - The Overseer" the same like the DVD version regarding the quality of the videos? Or does it only contain the video quality of the CDs'?

Thanks a lot for help! :)

The GOG version is the DVD version.

It used to be the CD version but they updated it a month or two ago.

I would like to know this too. The screen caps on the GOG page show interlacing which looks like the CD version. If the game can be played on a 64bit computer with deinterlacing video I would buy it again.

it's definitely the DVD version including the high quality FMVs and some patches to make it run better than the original version.

It's definitely worth it... just don't expect anything along the quality of Wing Commander IV DVD version or Tesla Effect and you're good...

:D

GOG had the cd version till about december last year, they probably didn't change the screenshots.
