Slight spoilers for the casino part:
Basically the problem is I'm on Mars. I've visited the casino once (got the blue prints and did everything but enter Dick's office). After which I visited all the other people on Mars that i can (bradley, deacon, aerobic, mansfield, etc). But I cannot get back to the casino. It isn't in my travel list. Nor can I ask anyone about Dick Castro, which I think is necessary to acquire a certain item I will need according to one walkthrough I've perused in order to resolve this.
In other words, I think my game has not registered that I've been to and know about the casino & Castro.
Help...I really want to finish this great game!
