I assume you mean "Under a Killing Moon." There is no difficulty setting in this game. You can however disable hints to make sure you get the most points possible. To turn off hints (which you don't get in the other games if you play on harder settings), go to the "Auxiliary Panel" and under "Miscellaneous" you can turn the hints off.
