The English Windows version is the same I have: setup_terminal_velocity_2.0.0.4.exe
Maybe there is a new Apple or Linux version.
There's a Linux version now.

I can't use it, though - since they linked it against libpulse-simple. Installing the crapware PulseAudio just for this game? No, thanks ;)

Do all of GOG's DOSBox games use PA? Or is it just TV?

None that I know of. I have removed PA from my system and never had a problem. I don't own TV though. Not sure what schmatzler is saying is linked to libpulse-simple?
I'm saying that they've built it so PulseAudio is required for playing it:

Terminal Velocity/dosbox/dosbox_x86_64: error while loading shared libraries: libpulse-simple.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

They're obviously targeting Ubuntu users here, and I can just run it in my own DosBox, I know. PulseAudio is still crap.

But is there a way to play the Linux version without installing PA? Can one still use the .deb file?

Ah, thanks. I just extracted & played MoO1 (Linux version arrived yesterday) and it worked without issue. I guess I should double check if libpulse-simple.so.0 isn't sitting around on my system somewhere.
Could you explain the problem for someone who only uses Linux occasionally?
It requires a third-party library and schmatzler doesn't want to install it. An analog would be a game that requires the Visual C++ runtime but you didn't want to install that runtime.
