Is there anyway to play this game in it's original resolution which is 640x480? I don't understand how everyone can play this game all stretched out as it is. I've tried numerous dosbox.conf edits and it always displays in widescreen, which is incorrect in my opinion.

Any help would be well appreciated!

Go to the game's directory, find the dosbox .conf file, and open it. Scroll down to 'aspect' and change to 'true'. You may also need to make some additional changes here, I usually set fullresolution=desktop, output=overlay, and scaler=normal3x. Check here for more info:
http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Dosbox.conf

I usually have to do this for all of GOG's games, as I prefer to have correct aspect ratio, even if it means having black bars on the side. Hope this all helps!
I feel like an idiot, I was editing the wrong dosbox.conf file the whole time. For some reason I had made a backup in the game folder and that's the one I had been editing the entire time...

Your settings worked perfectly!

Thanks again and pardon my stupidity.

No problem!
One remaning issue I can't seem to solve is that when I start the game I can move my mouse pointer over the games/DosBox's GUI. Almost like it's operating in Windowed Mode. If I hit Alt + Enter 2 times it will fix it but I thought maybe I had set something incorrectly in the .conf file that was casuing this.

Any help is appreciated and it isn't a game breaking bug so maybe I should just learn to deal with it.

Check in the .conf file if autolock=true. It's possible it could be another issue, though.
Yeah autolock=true is set properly, it's not the biggest deal I just thought there might be an easy resolution.
