This has obviously been claimed, but I have a question just in case I get the chance to claim a code in the future:

Go to the page for that game, click on Download Now. When the next page pops up, on the lower right under the Got Questions list click on Got a Promo Code. That will bring up a box where you can input the code. Then just follow the rest of the checkout and you're golden.
