Yes, they used wrong config file (probably from different game).
Just edit file dosboxTeenagent_single.conf:
[autoexec]
@ECHO OFF
mount C ".."
c:
teenagnt.exe
and it will work :-)

They fixed it with a hotfix, same way as I wrote :-)
