While being in the cavern how do I put the rock on the whole before the mouse fall from the whole? I still don't know what I should do

After you put in the mouse and the rock, glue it up.

But it keeps showing me the same cinematic of the mouse falling out of the whole before I could even insert a rock :P

Be sure not to touch the hole once the mouse is in. It comes out if your next action is anything but putting the rock in. Same with glue.

I had that problem too, but hit an f-key and set game speed down and it will be easier, also use glue on rock after it's placed
