The Description of the game states the following:
"Experience finely-tuned, procedurally-generated and handcrafted gameplay as you fight challenging monsters, complete quests, and collect rare items."

The above statement is kind of vague. Does the game has procedurally-generated levels or not?

The game is mostly procedurally-generated.

Specifically, the following are procecurally generated:
* The main dungeon, excluding boss and pre-boss floors
* Many of the side areas, including the bigger ones
* Item dreams (if you've played Disgaea, think item world)
* Wanderer's Journeys (DLC1)
* Realm of the Gods, except maybe the boss floor if there is one (haven't gotten that far) (DLC1)
* Dragon dungeons, except maybe boss floors (I haven't seen any boss floors) (DLC2)

What *isn't* procedurally generated:
* The town area
* Path to Tangledeep (two floor tutorial dungeon that can be skipped)
* Some side areas, including some challenges before then fin
* Pre-boss and boss floors

Not sure about Job Trials, but judging from a video, it looks like part of the floor is fixed, but much of it is procedurally generated. (I haven't actually done any.)
