The store page for this game doesn't list Windows 10 as a compatible OS, are there issues?
I would also like to know the answer to this question before I buy the game. The game's page doesn't say that it works on Windows 10, which is supposed to mean that GOG has tested it on but has been unable to get it to run on Windows 10. This is a deal-breaker for me, and I'd rather get an answer from someone who can verify if it works on Windows 10 than assume that Windows 10 not being on the list is an oversight, only to find out that it indeed will not run for me, which would be my fault.

I've finished the game several times on Windows 10 without a single glitch or crash.

That's odd. I just received an e-mail from GOG tech support which states, "Unfortunately Tales from the Borderlands is not supported for Windows 10 right now. I apologize for the inconvenience."

Sounds like a formality in relation to tech support, not actual game compatibility. I'm on an AMD cpu with an Nvidia GPU (1050ti) on Windows 10 64-bit. As I said, not a single glitch or crash over the course of three complete playthroughs of all chapters, and a steady 60fps throughout.
I was really interested in buying it. But I'm not sure it will run in Windows 10 now. I even seeked Borderlands and Borderlands 2 to give them a try but they are not available in GoG.

Sad...

The game runs on Windows 10, it is just that the developers and GOG cannot offer customer support for Windows 10 users.

If you are still not sure, remember that you can return the game and get your money back if it doesn't work! Check the 'Money Back Guarantee Policy' : https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/categories/201526109

Have you actually read the 'Money Back Guarantee Policy'?

Here's a direct quote from the 'Money Back Guarantee Policy':
13. MY SYSTEM DOESN'T MEET THE MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED ON PRODUCT PAGE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Well, there's a reason why we post the system requirements on each game's page: so you can see for yourself what you'll need to have on your rig in order to be able to run the game. If your game doesn't work because you misread our system specs, all we can really offer is that we're sorry for you. :( Please note that we also cannot provide support if you're trying to run our games through virtual machine software.
Windows 10 is not a supported operating system for this game, and therefore if you can't get it to run on Windows 10, GOG will NOT issue you a refund. I once made the mistake of not checking what operating systems are supported for SWAT 3, couldn't get it to run on Windows 10, opened a support ticket and was told right off the bat that the game doesn't support Windows 10. GOG was nice enough to convert the value of my purchase into wallet funds, but they were not obligated to do so, and you should never assume that they will.

Today the OS compatibility list on the game's store page was updated to, "Works on: Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10)", but the game itself hasn't been updated, so apparently the game has supported Windows 10 this whole time (or at least since the most recent update, which Adalia Fundamentals lists as "Version: 2.3.0.4, Date Published: 9/3/2016").
