I'm playing TftB right now and at the part after the Vault Hunter kills a couple bandits and runs into the building, I suddenly can't click anything. I know I should scan the access hatch, but when I click it nothing happens. Nothing happens when I try any of the other interactable objects either.

Yeah this has been a rather consistent Issue since Release for me, as well.
See this Topic, Solution's there, too. It's basically, WASDQE ESC until it works.

I was able to get by this by setting my mouse polling rate to 125hz from 1000hz.

Apparently, this has never been fixed - I just ran into the same issue. I can, however, confirm that mindless mashing WASDQE/Mouse helps.
