Got into the Mastmall map and trough the second floor in the GameFreak store there is a lever that should turn off the lasers blocking path to the map boss Biff. In one walktrought it said after pulling the lever it should say “Are you ready to face BIFF?” and the laser should be off, but for me it says "Biff"s locked up tight dude" and the laser remain turned on. Does anybody esle got this problem and would be able to help me what I am doing wrong? Thanks

EDIT: Found the problem, I've missed the passcode in Crown Plaza in a room right next to the lasers.

Had the same problem four days ago. Hint I found on a non-English site was "terminal in alamo"...
So my solution was the same as yours: Head back to Crown Plaza via Bryce Transit, actually enter the Los Alamo building and get the code from the terminal in there.
